Our Aim

“We aim to provide career change information from strong companies based in regional cities to people living in urban areas. Through this we hope that talented job searchers will be stirred to move dynamically between districts and enter companies in regional cities, leading to both the growth of these companies and economic revival in the regions in which they are located.”

This was our aim when our company was founded in 2008. In the 10 years since then we have supported over one thousand people who wish to change jobs and enter companies in regional cities.

We have seen people work hard to achieve their dreams, such as those who want to be able to move and work wherever they want, and those who want to work in good companies in their hometown.

Many executives of regional companies also have strong needs for talented workers as a means of expanding their business, and we have responded to this by introducing talented job seekers to them. Through this we have seen many companies grow into lively businesses.

This expansion of business has caused an increase in motivation in both executives and job seekers alike, and we have seen how this has led to the creation of vibrant and lively companies, and thus the development of the area they are situated in.

As we moved into our tenth year since establishment we decided to expand our area of operations globally, and plan to grow and evolve into a global company.

We see the entire world itself to be a “region within space” and aim to make the earth a diverse region of talented workers.

“To create a beautiful earth (region in space) through talented workers”. This is our vision and goal, and we plan to pursue it eternally.

Our Areas of Specialty

  1. One of our main areas of specialty is providing career change support services for mid-level workers in their thirties to candidates for executive positions in their mid-forties who have built their careers in companies in major cities. We are focused around job offers for core positions such as business planning, administration and management - all of which we receive directly from regional executives - but also deal with special job offers not currently on the market.
  2. Our consultants receive around 50~100 hours of training every year to help polish up their interview skills. Furthermore, as many of our consultants themselves moved from major cities to join regional companies, and thus have experienced the stresses of long-distance job searching first hand, they are able to provide accurate and thorough advice to candidates. Our consultants visit our client companies directly and thoroughly understand all aspects of each job offer, from the contents and application requirements of the job to the corporate culture of the company. They will then judge each job offer from a variety of angles and provide information on the most appropriates jobs for you.
  3. From 2017 we started an employment support service for those who have studied Japanese abroad and wish to work in Japan. We mainly introduce companies who have strong ties to regional cities and wish to use foreign talents to expand their business dynamically.

Our Presence in Our Field

We are strongly rooted in regional cities and have built close relationships with local financial institutions and groups of executives of local companies. We also carry out a large number of presentations related to career change and employment, as well as being an opinion leader in regional employment markets.
